A non refundable 30% deposit is required to secure a booking.

The above rates do not include a cleaning fee of 40 euros per stay and the tax state which is 8 euros per night. 

Cancellation policy:
60 days prior to arrival: 100% refund
30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
14 days or less prior to arrival: no refund

Notes:
Rates are for 2 or 3 persons and include breakfast supplies provided on arrival.
A light cleaning service and change of linen is provided every three days.
